Best of luck / of course it won’t work. no health care no pension and 401ks are a joke. The system is entirely stacked against you GL

As for Gina she’s just a bad actress. Her lines were fine she just can be convincing as an actress.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Naw her acting is far worse than either of those.

I can’t think of a worse actress in a star wars film or show. Anyone got a better contender? ( no idea what she said or did)

I’m in the wrong I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. I had no reason to be so antagonistic.

But a lot of doctors will put you on a serotonin reuptake inhibitor without even trying the other routes

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Not that she should be shamed about it because it’s her doctor and her body and they know what they’re doing maybe.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I’m trying to make it OK for you to be on a long-term dangerous medication like serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors is also kinda dangerous.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Because she didn’t even use the full name of the medication in her sentence.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

By chance do you know what a serotonin reuptake inhibitor is?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Her doctor and her have a program they are probably monitoring it and she’s probably well aware of those side effects.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

And taking her unqualified advice is as bad as taking mine if you don’t go talk to your doctor.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I’m not trying to shaming her I’m just warning people that there are actually side effects to long-term usage of reuptake inhibitor‘s.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

To all that read my “advice” go talk to your doc before taking brain altering chemicals please.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

But also much like most other medications reuptake inhibitors have side effects longterm. There’s a reason all doctors warn about it.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Just tbc everybody not all doctors are equal and acting on advice about your brain chemistry from the Internet is also dangerous.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Bro if you take advice from somebody on the Internet about your brain chemistry and act on it without consulting your doctor you’re dumb.

You can have different types of disfunction at multiple steps in the pathway.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Serotonin precursors help you make more serotonin. The issue is where in the serotonin pathway you have disfunction.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Reuptake inhibs stop reuptake making more serotonin more available. Side effects are receptor burn out. like when you take too much mdma

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

No but my doctor is. That’s where the advice comes from.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

It may in extreme cases. But generally try the less harmful thing first then move on to the inhibitor if that doesn’t work.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

No but that opinion was from my qualified doctor.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 8

That’s advice from my doctor btw for those that wanna shame.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 8

If that doesn’t work then move on to re-uptake inhibitors.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 10

It’s true but it’s also still bad for you. Try taking serotonin precursors before re-uptake inhibitors.
