I popped the link bar off and put a pipe wrench on the ball. Worked like a charm with a few sprays of PB Blaster. WD-40 won't work.

Work at getting it to run, should be fairly inexpensive. Enjoy the people you meet with it. Especially the old guys who teach you. Enjoy

Rats are awesome people. We just lost 2 earlier this year. They were brothers from the same litter. Sorry for your loss.
