Saw the spines of 3 star wars books on a friend's shelf recently. I shouted "are those the Zahn books?!" They were not.
They "can't" look at unsolicited designs and therefore will not acknowledge if they happen to see and of this. They will secretly love it.
My friend makes six figures as a flat rate dealership tech. So... It's possible.
