I've been expecting you.
To help others understand (maybe): a modern SFX crew thinks the shot was achieved by having a model of the house stuck to the camera while they rolled the camera away from the actor. Then at a certain point they unstick the model so it looks like they’re zooming out from the house too.They also think the original crew stuck soft egg shell or something on the actor’s eyes to achieve that spooky look

Think there are a few different ones. The only one I recognize is The Stanley Parable which is the last one
