The other day this guy had his dog off leash 5 feet away from the dog park. It ran after my dog, it was relatively friendly but my dog doesn't like overly friendly dogs and was getting upset. Dude proceeded to walk as slowly as possible over to his dog to get him while I was putting my body in between the dogs to prevent a fight.

I visited a rescue like this. Its fine, I think they realize they have it good with easy food. The caretakers even lived on the rescue and their house cats would go hang out with the big cats.

Not really. That 950 number in this post at today's rates would only get you a $150k house at most. The median price is like $320k nowadays. Interest rates and house prices are killing middle to low class. There is no house available that is nicer than a 1500 apartment that is affordable.
950 is your mortgage. Then you have homeowners insurance, pmi maybe, escrow, any hoa or city/county bills. You can add $3-500 to that number. That's not even factoring in upkeep.
Okay well maybe for most crimes but stealing classified documents. If I took stuff home and said "oops didn't know" I'd still get in trouble. I guarantee presidents get the same briefings and trainings anyone with access does.
