Hello, my name is Andy and I will be your devil's advocate for today.
Things got out-of-hand at the end.
If anything it makes more sense to assign some reading or a video to watch at home. Then the teacher can go over any questions in class.
If I'd already got the hang of a topic at school, I just wouldn't do the homework. It's not like they could make me.
US Police still kill far too many people though. And escalate minor confrontations. Other countries don't have this problem.
I once licked my dog. Just to see what it tasted like. It was quite bitter.

By engaging with people and making an effort to have sensible discussions which help allay their fears.
A nationalist would say because different countries have different cultures. And you can't just force them together without causing trouble.
Which personally, I tend to agree with. But I don't agree with the way people have been coerced and bullied into accepting it.
People who believe in breaking down all borders between countries, economies, cultures. Like those who run the EU.
There's nothing inherently evil about being a nationalist. It's a legitimate political position, even if I tend to have different values.
I'm quite a globalist. But I think we need to make our case democratically. Rather than force people into it by smearing them as racists.
It tastes better this way.

Still, by that metric they should only be getting paid 4 times less. But it's even a lot lower than that.
