Not true. Saying so seems narrowminded. Moisture gets trapped in the ears because of their big flaps and cant evaporate causing infections.
If you've ever seem hematoma of the pinna it can cause recurrent issues and need surgery anyway. Plus mine get ear infections from big ears

Actually I woke up this morning and had to kick them off because I was all linked up and sweltering. Now hubs is gone they're back up
