no figure skating. Not D1, D2 nor D3. it's a big reason for tonya harding and nancy kerrigan coming from white trash backgrounds with no safety net after or institutional support on the way up.
Don't smoke, drink or eat sugar. That's almost all of it. I know it's easier said than done, but that's a clear effective plan for lifelong health you can control.

Bullshit. Winter games sports are not played in college. USA women medaled in sports like curling and figure skating and skeleton and luge. None of those athletes played those sports at an American college.
