I like turtles

I took my first brewing job a couple of months ago, running a tiny 7 bbl system for a brew pub. First thing to remember is that you're brewing their beer, not yours. At least for now. Just do the best job you can, making what they need you to make. Rack up that experience. Maybe do what I do, make all the other styles at home.

After the initial freakiness of the eyeball punctures, it was actually pretty cool. And helped immensely. Hope yours does too.
I had to get a vitrectomy due to scar tissue in the vitreous fluid from multiple cases of iritis, caused by AS, another autoimmune disease.
