I once read a really good article years ago (before Obamacare) based on that exact premise. You wouldn't have something similar 2 link mebe?

Very. the obvious counterpoint to that logic is that people break laws that were "wrong" to begin with, and thus never condemned to start

I am usually car D. :|

This shit is exactly why a LOT of companies lease rather than buy - breakages covered by contract and Not Their Problem.

nah, no injuries - just a foot pedal controlling power and judicious use of frame insertion in post

A foot pedal controlling power and frame insertion in post ;)

Nah - Aragorn is a bit too serious to do a rhetoric on his own, *and* follow it up with sarcasm. Gandalf would absolutely have at it though

I read that entirely in Merry's voice. Well done, good sir (or lady), well done.

*Headshot. Professionals do not scream.

That was the tagline in Aus at least...

pulling pedal back before setting up is obviously to get a slightly longer arc for the setoff, to get a slightly longer first pedal push.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

rolling back will pull the pedals back on a freewheel, while rolling forward/coasting will make the clicky noise with no pedal movement.

That's what the abstract is for... though you can also skip real fast to the conclusion when the bellend of a writer has written a crap one.

That's not a fixie, just a regular single-speed freewheel - you can spot it when he sets off at the end of the video

Also, you can fix most of the modern-day shittiness with a new headunit and climate control module :D

"it's so slow I'll never get a speeding ticket again" I took an even slower Versa 1.8 past 110mph. do what you will with such knowledge :O

With enough pressure, you can treat them as liquid

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Spillage was not the reasons. Driving off with the damn hose still attached was. It was both dangerous, and race-ruining.

Meanwhile, in LMP/GT, they made refuelling slower than changing tyres by limiting the number of mechanics around the car. that and lockouts

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Actually... no. They stopped mid-race refuelling in F1 cause the drivers kept being told to go before the hose was off properly 1/?
