Yeah. Let's also adopt a white scouts and a black scouts huh? Segregation is good right?

personality trait is incorrectly associated with femininity? No. That thinking is not only false, but encourages misogyny.

It's sexist to associate bravery with testicles. It implies bravery is tied to being a male and that cowardice is tied to bring a female.

Casual sexist generalizations never get old huh? -especially when it gives people a chance to make fun of girls.

People knowingly breed them to suffer just so we can think they look cuter.

I could find definitions of boy that are what im saying too. Google dictionary isn't the supreme decider of language.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Definitions aside, there's still absolutely no justification for having to organization segregate people.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's an archaic definition. Just because a word is commonly used a certain way doesn't mean that that common usage should be accepted.

Being a male refers to your sex organs. Being a boy means you ascribe to particular social constructs. They are separate.

It isn't whatever the Fuck you want it to mean. Boy refers to a gender identity.

It's a social construct in the same way that gravity or protons are.

The pride that these people have in their ethnicity/nationality is being portrayed as positive. It's all just subtle racism and nationalism

Georgia and Arizona are decent examples too. Though, I do agree that Texas is a clear extreme case, even if it isn't an exception.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I wouldn't say it's that much of an exception. Florida is also a diverse, usually republican state that is hurt by the electoral college.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, Texas is super left huh. Also, calling any mainstream political movements in the US super left is laughable. It's all capitalist here

If it actually worked like that, government regulation wouldn't have been needed for the past few hundred years.

I hate Fox as much as the next person, but I think it's dismissive and unfair to assume that about someone you haven't talked to very much.

Can you give some examples? I'm genuinely curious about what you mean.
