You are correct, we use cast iron for most cooking but didn’t have one big enough for this steak. Her birthday is coming up....
High heat, butter, & quick sear salt & pepper crusted steak. We like steaks w crunch on outside. As reheating 3 meals, can’t overcook on #1.
