Honestly 12 months ago I would have agreed with you. But lately they have really turned it around.
Rupture cannon. Strength 10. Assault 2. But....BS3
Toughness 6 and 2+ armour. You're going to need a bigger gun!
Actually for New Zealanders they work out about the same as normal guard... It's an expensive hobby here.
