Bad equipment management leads to injuries. Sure this was amusing to watch but that could have been far worse. You seem to overlook that.
Dropping is proper. Losing control of the bar at nose level is not. The weight could be 500lbs the release and drop were bad regardless 1/2
Light stack light bar. They have them and I wouldn't be shocked to see it here.
