The force only allowed you to read the first line today, eh?

Definitely not the same surface texture. The new statue is the Temu version

Yeah, Elrond is saying he was *there* not that he was *then*. Like if I say I was there when something specific happened in the 90s, it's not a flex (or very relevant) to say "ok but I'm older than you"

Braking, obviously lol. They are not designed to break

Pretty sure there would be a breaking mechanism right there and that they're designed to be held like that

Or aaaany other historical or "historical based fantasy" movie or show with royalty and weddings

Imagine how slow he'd be without the knife

No. Rather, Independence Day referenced a rather famous poem. It's also used in Interstellar and a lot of other popular media

The context here was drag in British comedy specifically, but yeah I agree that in overall history, drag have most likely been a thing since the first time some stone age people started to associate specific shapes, colors, accessories etc as gendered

If we're talking about "starting out" then we're *at least* going back to Shakespeare, but I'm sure the RAF might have popularized it for their time

Weird how you default to thinking about a guy's "length"

If they had a full shelf of their collected works in their bedroom (more on par with OP's situation than just owning a random cd), that would be an indicator that life with that person would be a life of listening to that band, so it's very valid to find someone who shares your taste in music. Yes, they are JUST different

He fell asleep at the top of the hill

And you still went and typoed :(

It's not so much "if they were passed on without meeting requirements" but the fact that they didn't get the help they needed to meet requirements in the first place. They often just needed to have things explained differently or more personal/customized for their needs. And not just the requirements for this year, but all the years since they started struggling

Or simply Young Hell

Exactly! If I've committed grocery shopping I'm all chored out for the day, and need to wait out the cooldown timer

I am convinced that a lot of /s comments are their actual beliefs, and they just slap a sarcasm tag on there because they think it'll make their comment immune to downvotes. Just like people go "It was just a joke" after their poor taste comment gets called out

*Shia LaBeouf*

"I don't want to have kids" and "I choose not to have kids" can be two very different things

I also feel like "knowing it's gonna get worse" is heavily implied in the concept of "realizing how bad it's getting"

Tbf, most interactions with people are reposts of old content

She should not have said or implied that, cause it's just not true, but dumping you so you both could be with someone who shares your sexual preferences was still the right thing to do

Even if she did, it would not mean "read my mind", it would mean "this is not about me"

Yes, you solved your own problem. FYI, the front cam on your phone will mirror the image. Take a picture of yourself with the front and back cameras while doing something to tell what's left and right, and see for yourself

"Strays know how to survive on the streets" is just survivorship bias

Are people still doing that "Only where I live could this super common thing ever happen!" or "Only my subgroup is able to understand this globally human experience!"

Let's not forget the internet. The generational differences of growing up without it, with the early version, and with our current day smartphones and social media, should not be underestimated
