Just a former lurker trying to spread a little positivity. If this gets to the front page, I'll send you a wholesome message!
This is a hi-stork-ic moment
I promise she misses you too. But don't worry, she's got this! The best thing you can do now is let her know you're still there for her.
C'mon people, replace the couch cushions and it's good as new! Or keep them...if that's what you're into.
7 months after the wedding King Henry got their marriaged annulled because he thought she was ugly! 2/2
Henry the 8th is a great example! He had a portrait made of his 4th wife before marrying her b/c he didn't know what she looked like 1/2
Second glance is fine, you can be attracted to her. The point is that there is a line and catcalling crosses it.
Would you say "have a nice night" to a man you didn't know walking down the street?
Just because you feel you don't have it as bad as others doesn't mean you don't have it tough! You deserve a full belly too!
Students, check with your universities too! I know the University of Iowa has a food bank for their students in need!
Tldr: In-law grew up in extreme poverty and found dress for a great bargain she couldn't resist. Bride laughs at the memory.

As a woman, 100% sure. Men may not realize they are judging women, but they do. A women who is attractive will be treated better by people.
Society judges women constantly. Think about if a woman didn't try (shave her legs, dress well, etc). She'd be seen as having less worth.
Hotness doesn't just happen. Most women put in a lot of work to look the way they do. Males are allowed more leeway, so looks reflect effort

Sup fellow military brat!
If that's your experience I encourage you to change it! Seek help from local groups/therapists and practice self love!
You got this! I believe in you!
Your addiction is strong but you're stronger! I encourage you to seek help for the sake of yourself and those who love you.
Even if you're a friendly drunk, that doesn't mean everything is okay. If you're relying on alcohol, I encourage you to seek resources!
You got this! You're stronger than your struggles! I'm proud of you!
If for no one else, do it for your dog! Imagine how it'd feel if you never came home.
