You say rebranded like it was a concerted effort. Is there a long term conspiracy you are aware of ?

I dont want to see any vigilantes, minor or otherwise. I also dont like seeing rioting, and dont think community members who arm /1

There obviously isnt as much consensus as you think as people are quite divided. If it was revealed he pointed his gun at people, id /1

The whole case is about if he sought out violent confrontation. Just showing up doesnt mean you are seeking confrontation
Everyday life is "potentially violent". By your standard, no one is allowed to defend themselves. Intent of both parties matters
If they attack you unprovoked, with intent to kill, sure. Its not an excuse for others to attack you for simply being there.
He wasnt defending property when rosenbaum threatened to kill him and chased him down, he was defending himself
The clubs are hidden, you need to follow the scent of khachapuri

It isnt necessarily more secure, and with renting there is more mobility in being able to move if need be
My point is depending on the house, you are at the mercy of contractors, HOA, and housing taxes in terms of arbitrary increases to COL. /1
Yours, as a homeowner. It would be functionally more expensive than just a mortgage. Makes renting more attractive
Did you also consider the yearly cost of repairs and maintenance?
That is a point, but so is the fact that places with affordable housing are often socially isolated, so it can make things untenable
