honest question. Say I buy a property. The value of the prop increases 2mos later. Why should I have to pay taxes unless I sell property?

Yep! Been using almost 3 years. Works great for me. Works well internationally as well. Been able to receive and make calls in 3 countries.
Even international calls travel over undersea cables. Satellite speeds and latency are quite shit compared to undersea cable.
I'm a computer scientist so not my area of expertise but afaik cellular communication does not require satellite. It's all cables.
