Need to organize among the rank-and-file in the military then. "Workers in uniform" need a union too, methinks.

I mean, I'm a Trot as well, so some of this is just poking light-hearted fun inwardly directed.

but Gritty is a nonbinary antifascist, so we like them, at least.

sounds almost like a theremin

Centralized quality control and sterilization also means you don't have to worry so much about your printer room being hospital-clean 3/3

(really hope the free masks/sanitizer/water/etc tables at medic/#SnackBloc stands aren't a PDX-specific thing. They're (literal) lifesavers)

Or drop some off at your local #BLM rally's supply table next to the free replacement surgical masks

A couple hairties along with one of these, perhaps?

Or closer to the top of the head, or right above a strategically placed pony tail… but yeah, a poorly positioned/secured one will do that

…and while not so cheap as paperclips, these don't use much filament at all, so they're still fairly inexpensive if you have printer access

With a good slice, these are surprisingly sturdy. I'd worry about paperclips coming unbent and/or getting all pokey.

Several months back, a Creality Ender-3 Pro would run you a little under $300, and the non-pro around $225, IIRC. Dunno what prices are now

Can confirm. On our UM2+ with stock .4mm nozzle, we can do a batch of 9 in <2 hours, and they're almost (but not quite) foolproof to print

You can fit several in a regular envelope with a Forever stamp. The main limit is probably making sure it's not too thick or heavy 1/

…(mostly various face shield designs) and then post printjobs of various quantities that volunteers can sign up for. 2/

Coordinate with a group like MakerForce.org or local equivalent. They get orders from healthcare providers for these and other PPE 1/

If we never build the alternative, it'll never be ready for "next time".

Biden might be more subtle, but I still don't trust the lesser-ra(c|p)ist former vice-deporter-in-chief.

Am Xennial in mid-30s. Can confirm.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not that this would ever happen, given the class nature of the American state. If we proles get strong enough to force that, why stop there?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dunno, Howie is what? 67? And he's pretty solid. I wouldn't mind a wealth cap, though

"Don't trust anyone over 30." We Xennials are complete squares.

2016 was Hillary's election to lose and she succeeded. ~¾ of the voting-age population in the US didn't vote for Trump.

2000 wasn't Nader's fault. Gore didn't fight hard enough for his win.

Never said RR, GHWB, BC, or BO were unintelligent. I meant quite the opposite, in fact: intelligence doesn't make them non-horrible.

If he's been pressured to go farther, great! but I'm still skeptical of him so long as he remains (even common-law) wedded to the Dem Party

…please do tell! Last I heard, Bernie was still only calling for surface reforms, not substantial defunding, and certainly not abolition.

first part: endorsing the one-time unrepentant sexual assaulter over the serial braggart ra*ist is indeed a sell-out. second part…
