They specifically talked about death in that speech. they have studied cancer rates. The data is tenuous at best.
To be clear, these are American heroes. But that doesn’t mean we get to just let our emotions run wild over facts.
Can you show me a peer review manuscript demonstrating higher overall mortality in that cohort? Because I can and did show you.
And the data for excess cancers is tenuous at best. There are signals potentially for thyroid and prostate, but there is no strong evidence.
