90s and early 2000s were super toxic. There was a new diet every week. I still suffer from trying to restart some of those old diets trying to get them working on me. Green tea diet, keto, soup diet, calorie restriction, abusing laxatives. Being 40 and lifing weights and eating healthy just doesn't cut it. Sometimes I think maybe one of these diets will help. Knowing better. They never have. They never will.
