So you're looking for dirt on me instead of addressing something I said...
Much like the Cuban Missile Crisis, only that in this case, Cuba had nuclear weapons, so the US thought twice about invading immediately. This was not the case with Ukraine though, and Putin saw the opportunity to invade.
I'm not saying Russia was "forced", I'm saying he wanted to, and the US gave him an excuse to finally do it. They provoked him. They poked the bear knowing full well it would mean a full invasion of Ukraine.Putin had warned the US since the George W. Bush administration that Ukraine joining NATO was a red line (not unreasonably so either, since it would mean they would get weapons to point at Russia), and still the US played with that idea until the despot Putin finally snapped.
All good, and I'm sorry to call you out like that. It's just that I'm honestly tired of hearing excuses, I want to begin any political conversation at least one step ahead and skip over the constant doom and gloom. It's not productive to stay in that headspace.
Call some names out, I'm all ears. All I hear is excuses, not solutions.
They knew Putin was itching to pull the trigger so they provoked him.If Russia had partnered with Mexico and Mexico voiced their desire to join some anti-USA coalition with other countries, where they would receive a massive amount of armaments to point at the US, do you seriously not think the US would invade Mexico? This happened already with another country by the way, it was called the Cuban Missile Crisis, and the US drafted plans to do a missile strike and invade Cuba.
They aren't. The US is. The US is waging a proxy war with Russia and sacrificing Ukranian lives for it.
I don't know about you, but if the likes of Lindsey Graham stood next to me, I'd make me think twice about where I'm standing.
There is a plan, end capitalism.
I see a lot of "not likely" in the comments. But we should be seeing "we must".
Imagine being interviewed and repeatedly told that your country needs to be destroyed and your people killed. I don't know how anyone could have a more respectful demeanor responding to these people than he has in these interviews.
It's not a "versus" thing at all though. It's entirely a Capitalism "thing" to oppress, kill, murder, and otherwise hurt anyone criticizing their bloodthirsty ideology.
This recent exchange between journalist Ryan Grim and the Newsmax propagandist is something every single person in the US should hear:
Bitch, do it yourself.
Not all of them, cause again, he wants to force a deal. Also, the EU and the UK are still keeping the same stance they had during the Biden administration. The point being that the common stance in the West is still pro-Ukraine, much like it is to be pro-Israel as well.
You're someone else, so I'll ask the question I asked them at the beginning. What do you make of the fact that both stances are aligned with US priorities? And by US, I mean the state itself, not just Trump and his maga cult. Joe Biden, every democrat, and still a good chunk of republicans are still pro-Ukraine.
Bro, we were way past that on day 1.
And a reminder that this is IDF data, where they consider a child throwing a rock at a tank to be a terrorist attack. That 83% number is absurd already, but know that the actual civilian casualty rate is closer to 99.99%.
Note how ZERO of the comments on here are addressing the main point of this post that you can openly call and raise money for the kidnapping and murder of people you don't like as long as your interests align with empire.Every one of these replies ignores the elephant in the room to argue other topics because they don't want to admit the US is unabashedly in the wrong on every single aspect regarding Iran.
@dbsamurai replied and then blocked me, so I'll call him out here:A national socialist is not a socialist. Also, blindly believing the propaganda of the US empire is insanely stupid.
I don't think Trump personally cares about Ukraine other than how he comes up looking and if he can get some personal deal in the mix. But Russian sanctions still exist (at least while they force a deal to happen), and other Western countries are still supporting Ukraine militarily (Spain just announced a 1 billion euro military aid package, for example). It is still the majority view of the US government and the West in general to be pro-Ukraine.
Wikipedia, the most unbiased and trusted news source. Certainly don't look at the Talk page for direct evidence of it being edited with a clear bias and a open discussions about fighting to stay neutral in a sea of US propaganda.
Sure, but do you think they're stupid and will back entirely opposing views? Or do you think they're smarter than that and there is something the US wants from Ukraine in this matter?
What do you make of the fact that both stances are aligned with US priorities?
If you're against the mass-slaughter of children, you get called a tankie and communist, and rejected outright without ever being listened to.This is the extent of politics discourse in the US. Unless you're salivating at the thought of murdering brown people, you're not even worth talking to.
You never have to add this caveat and I'd suggest to avoid it because Iran's internal politics have ZERO bearing on why they are getting attacked. Iran could be the most progressive, egalitarian society on Earth, and they'd still be getting bombed by the US and Israel.Broaching the subject on Iran's internal politics only serves to inadvertently coincide with Western media propaganda. And it narrows debate to a mere "when is war justified", when debate should start at "it's never justified".
It's been corroborated by pretty much every other news source. Also, who the fuck has a fucking missile they can shoot in Lebanon? You are brain broken.
Imagine if people employed this kind of caution to the NYTimes, the Washington Post, Reuters, the BBC, Sky, and every other Western media news outlet that has been trying to sell them a genocide in Gaza, and a war with Iran.
Doesn't help what exactly? It's been confirmed by every other news outlet. You think RT has missiles in Lebanon that they blow up next to their reporters?
We love those too, don't get me wrong.
I am partial to making AI images of Elon Musk killing himself and sending them to him.
