That says ultimate without having all content that’s just misdirection. Correct me if I’m wrong except for the cars that were part of 4/?

Developers right? Now it being a triple a title it might not need a ton but some. I understand why people get mad and im not disagreeing 2/?
Do you know they need money to keep making content like a lot of the money when a game is “bought” goes to the publisher rather than the /?
