Been subscribed a while, and started noticing a bunch of videos were marked watched that I hadn’t seen yet. Turns out my girlfriend is a fan too lol.

Well, sort of, but also not really. They can run android apps (poorly in my experience), but they do not run Android. It really is just a browser* and a few other menus. They tend to be cheaper with lower end hardware, which is great for things like email, news, google docs, browsing video game wikis, etc... not great if you like to have a lot of demanding tabs open.*They're basically a Linux OS that has been locked down and moved all of the settings into a Chrome browser.
Chromebook is ChromeOS. Neither PC nor Mac. It’s effectively just a browser.

His wife wasn’t just one of the teachers; she was the teacher in THAT room and was ACTIVELY DYING! They had physically restrain him and take his gun because he was the only one trying to actually do something that day. Context matters, this is just shameful.

That's tough. The only other thing I know to do if nothing looks damaged is take a multimeter and check each capacitor for a short. Replace anything that has shorted being careful not to rip off the pads when you desolder them. Or you can buy a new board if you're not very comfortable with soldering.
Do you have a known good battery? When something doesn't turn on, the power supply is a good place to start. From what (little) I've read the 3DS won't work without a battery.
