My Fubo membership was literally uncancellable. Called their tech support and they couldn't even find my account, but they had no issue charging $50/mo to my debit card. No idea how they even got it. Had to cancel the card to stop getting charges.
They have nearly a billion dollars to burn, and they're not paying a dime in taxes? Meanwhile, half my income goes to the tax man.

CA resident here, this fire is about 30 miles from my house. We're no longer technically in a drought. The real reason these fires are so consistently devastating is the amount of trees per acre has gone up by a factor of 10 over the past 100 years. Dividing the same amount of water over 10x the amount of stems means each stem is much more dry. Fire is a natural part of CA's cycle, which we have disrupted. Mismanagement of our forests is one of the worst mistakes humanity has made.
I finally got a primary care doc this year after getting rejected from every office in a 50 mile radius for over a decade. Only way I got in was because my parents have been seeing him for years. The privilege wall is unbelievable. One of many broken systems in this country.
