It's just dirty water mixed with some oils and corrosion. All sprinkler water is kinda blackish. It smells worse than it looks.
I actually almost died from it, but I was too young when I caught it is why.

I did the same exact thing. Was able to knock out 10 miles a day under 60 minutes. 6'0 135lbs and still ~10%. No one has hit under 2% ever.
You don't. The worlds best bodybuilders barely hit 3% and only for a week or two.
