my personal theory is that cats (and dogs) prefer to vomit on carpet because they have to be able to grip the floor to brace their core. like how we clutch the toilet bowl
oh that looks fantastic! okra has become my favorite thing to add to spicy ramen, it thickens the broth and soaks up some of the heat

i had the same procedure, mine asked if i could even feel it because i didnt react - just to make sure i didnt have nerve damage lol. i could feel it, it just wasnt as bad as the toe had been for so long
i also got to a point where i did not feel like i knew what to do, and since i dont have health insurance or money i thought medical assistance was off the table. i chatted with the crisis hotline and they directed me to my community service provider, and ive been able to access quite a lot of helpful services that i didnt even know existed, like counseling and prescribed anxiety medication, and i qualified for full assistance from my state (in US) so it was basically free (i paid 4$ for the rx)
