It's a parody of a scene from Inglorious Bastards. The guy receiving the engraving is Christoph Waltz. But I think you just need to take the act, not the characters, to understand the message.

In the end of the show 2 giant gods fight near the pyramids (depicted here), people commuting nearby must freak out when they see that fight
