Sentencing isn’t until next month, and he was released, so the judge obviously thinks he’s not a flight risk, otherwise he’d be held until then. At most he’s going to get a smack in the wrist and let go, at worst, a couple of years confined to his house. I don’t know what makes me more angry, that he can basically get away with it, or that I’d face a harsher punishment for a much lesser crime
