I don't really get why people are so surprised that big dogs, incl pit bulls and adjacent races, play nice with puppies. Any healthy, sane dog will be nice to a puppy. A dog being aggressive towards a puppy is a huge cause for concern, lika a human being mean to kids. The dogs in the video are adorable and obviously the goodest boys and/or girls.

Harnesses where you clip the leash on the chest are great though. It's what got my doggo to walk nicely on a leash. He'd freak out completely with a collar, and would just drag you along if clipped on the back.

Looks pretty OK though. Dog is attentive with tail wagging in a relaxed way. The trick is pretty straightforward and the doggo looks chill as he does it.
The idea is that pulling more weight for a partial movement will carry over and make you stronger at the "proper" exercise. (which is a competitive event that this person competes in)
It changes the height of the bar to focus on a specific part of the exercise somewhat. Usually you can pull more weight like this. 1/2
