Loved RP in "The Rover", his character was one I'm sure he was told to avoid but he took it anyway. Kudos.
I agree, I interview people for a role I make sure they want to work here. I make it clear both good and bad aspects. The fast turnover of projects here suits some people, but others hate it. I would rather not waste my own time with someone who is capable but unsuited to the role. Last interview, we both agreed the role wasn't for him. Instead, the last guy to leave asked to come back once he saw how shitty his new employer was.
