They jumped the shark with Cyclops when he stopped believing in Xavier’s ideals and they made him more like Magneto.
Say what you want about BvS and MoS, but their soundtracks are absolute perfection.
No, because that isn’t Tony. All it would’ve taken was a line of dialogue, to say Ben existed and Peter became Spider-Man because of him.
They’ve passed how Stan made the character. Which is, frankly, blasphemy
Lol I mean, Ben has no presence in his life. No lessons he passed on, no effect on the man Peter’s becoming. Peter’s only influence is Tony
It’s true. They’ve done plenty of stories where Ben isn’t the good man he is from the main universe. In each one, Peter turns out bad/evil
I don’t. Because Tony Stark’s presence overshadows Ben’s. Which doesn’t happen if Peter is acting in character
But both aren’t there. There’s only Tony
But without Ben, he HAS no center. And Ben isn’t in this universe, as far as we know
Except every story where Ben isn’t there, Peter turns out bad. Ben is as important to a good Spider-Man as the Kents are to a good Superman.
Story doesn’t need to be retold, but Ben does need to have a presence. And his presence should not be overpowered by Tony Stark.
But it every universe where Ben isn’t the kind of man he is in the main 616 universe, Peter turns out bad.

Full story isn’t necessary, but without Ben, he’s not Spider-Man
I don’t think it needs to be retold, but it should be present. Spider-Man is not Spider-Man without Uncle Ben and “With Great Power...”
Except Ben is never mentioned. All evidence suggests he didn’t exist at all
The first one wasn’t that great; in fact, it was one of the worst runs in Spider-Man history. Kraven’s Last Hunt did it better in six issues
One of the best shooters/ball-handlers of all time. Pistol Pete doesn’t get nearly enough credit.
