Depending on treatment, fatigue can be a very real thing. I'd encourage thinking of the "spoons" energy model. Where certain tasks take a certain number of "spoons". Getting up and washing for example, could take 2 spoons. After treatment, a day's worth of energy may only be 3 spoons total. So it's important to know limits and not self punish if they don't have the energy to do what they normally do.
My wife was 30 when diagnosed. It was a bad few months and years of recovery. 25 years ago, there was no cure for her cancer, now we are one appointment from a cured status. Don't give up, even in the dark days, and find someone you can talk to. Parent, friend, therapist, doesn't matter, just talk about it, don't bottle it. Good luck to you and your husband.
I was meeting my own wife from her friends around midnight. I'm also 6'5, and while walking down the dark lane towards the house, she came out. My wife got her phone out and pretended to be on a call to avoid the person walking towards her, moving her house keys to her other hand. I laughed at the time, but it fucking sucks that this is the world we live in.

I'd say it really niche. I had it for some skating/skim boarding pics years and years ago and very rarely use it. I have a Samyang 14mm which is far more versatile
