I had an estate sale for a relator. I advertised nothing over $10 and a lady showed up and said she will take all 4 dressers. She came back and said is $350 ok? What? I would of taken $40 but $350 is fine. She stated that she sold them for a lot more than that.
Happens in Pawn Stars as well. Some items they way under pay and some they pay too much.
Out of 20+ jobs I had, only worked 1 at minimum wage. In last 6 years went from $9 to 27 to 28 to 33 and now 36.40. All by changing jobs.
My friend owns a car wash and when they upped the min wage he let 2 employees go as he couldn't just raise prices to cover the labor.
Just like the grocery stores have 1 employee to watch 8 registers now, fast food will be order on app only or the company closes a few stores to be at 59.
When I made $19 an hour, I was paycheck to paycheck. Currently on unemployment for $450 a week and living ok. Lifestyle changes by not having a car/phone/stereo/clothes I can't afford.
Yes, no description. Just showed a girl holding a piece of plywood over her head so was curious why. They were arguing in Portuguese and don't understand the language. I've also seen a lot of Rusian people get hit in crosswalks not paying attention. I now look all around while crossing and have yet to get hit.
It is up to the judge. There is no specifics on what bail should or shouldn't be. It can be argued what is fair and I think this guy got screwed. I have said before, a judge is the most powerful person in the world. He can overrule the POTUS. He may get in trouble but yes, he can put a hold on something the POTUS wants done.
Curious then, why are people dying to get here if it is so bad? Every country has its good and bad. They say Brazil is such a beautiful country, yet on another site 90% of the shooting/robbery videos are from Brazil. I watched one where they dropped a 10 lb rock on a girls head and then shot her 8 times.
Nope. Been to Jamaica 4 times now and always with only 1 backpack for 5-7 days. The picture is the last time I went and friends were amazed how much I had in there.
A week in Jamaica with this backpack. 5 shirts, 2 pairs of shoes, 7 underwear, 7 pairs of socks, 3 shorts, 1 pair of pants, 2 full size PJ's, hat, charger, glasses, hairbrush, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, 2 soup bowls for gift, and a few other gifts. I took old underwear/socks/shirts that I threw away to make room to bring stuff back.

My wife wanted to put TV's in the kids room growing up. I said no, they need to be outside. They have grown up to be some great men. Yes, they did have video game time but there were times I went with them to a field and they played in an abandoned car for 3 hours, found bugs, lizards, trash, etc.

This was in the last 5 years, not 30 years ago. My son went from $10 to $26 in the last 3 years by 1 job change.
Or find another job. I went from $9 to 27 to 33 by changing jobs. All non-union. Union job started at $19.
How about no political mailing? When I moved to a condo, I registered and didn't include my unit # and now get no political mailings. The amount spent on politics could most likely take care of the homeless problem and other issues.
You are correct that the case has to be proven and 12 jurors agree to convict. The evidence is there so the hardest part is finding 12 jurors that would vote against Trump.
What sucks as well, it only take 1 juror to say no and everything gets tossed.
The tank itself won't explode unless someone filled it with air after having gas in it. There are safety valves that it would produce a flamethrower effect if it caught on fire. Now if the tank leaked the 500 gallons into the house, then that could create the explosion.

I took a CCW class here in Nevada and as long as they are a threat to you or another person it is legal. Just because they are inside it is not legal to shoot them. If you drag the body anywhere, you are tampering with evidence. Times have changed where the criminals have all the rights.
It is a deterrent to not climb on them. Same for barb wire on top of a fence. Don't climb over, but if you do you brought the pain on yourself.
Stuff like this is why I wonder why a house don't lose value like a vehicle. Why are people paying retail for a house that needs $100k in repairs?
Have you ever seen a fence with spikes on top to keep people out? I.E. The White House. This is not much different. So I guess they should take down the fence around the White House as it keeps people from entering.
I knew a guy here in Vegas that is very white and he is African-American. Born in South Africa and now a US citizen. He gets mad at people who call themselves African and they don't know where they are from.
I wouldn't have a couch on the 3rd floor in the first place. I don't have any furniture I can't move myself and I live on the bottom.
