I don't get that, lots of cultures are aggressive, Western Europe just developed the technology to express that aggression first.
At worst, it seems to me to be only one step removed from Nazi ideology.
At the very least, attributing the success of a country to the ratio of whites/POC's is super condescending.
That is like saying a person is handicapped by their skin color. That seems only one step removed from Nazi ideology.
