I think it's fun that they animated her instead of just using a photo
Why California tho? I kind of assume it's more about trying to scare the population of California who havent generally been going along with the administration's plans. Is the risk of retaliation real? Yeah, but i would expect more along the lines of terror cells then missiles or drones from across the ocean.
