...well sure it isn't difficult per say, but...really you shouldn't to "figure it out" there should be information available for health.

BIG wedding can brake that easy. They often include not just the wedding either.
I did karate tell, black belt & was in my first year of college; became to much with school Yoga offered flexible schedule & better kicks
I do, just never done the gym thing. Running/walking with my dogs and Yoga is my thing.
...I need to look inside a gym at some point I have no idea that their machine that help you do this or you could use a rack/bar
Though I'm glad I now know it was bad form and if I ever get the urge to squat I will not make this mistake.

Diameter isn't the problem Base Curve is Contacts are fitted 4 your eyeball normally U should find out your BC 4 safety & buy accordingly
