The UK has freedom of expression, not freedom of speech - speech is still restricted by laws, especially hate speech, harassment and abuse, and encouraging illegal actions. People were arrested for these, not just "posting memes." Is this against the American freedom of speech? Absolutely. Most of the arrests also don't lead to conviction due to requiring "grossly offensive" speech. Yes, this is a form of authoritarianism, but not fascism. They havent arrested anyone for calling someone fascist.
In other words, "anti-Americanism/capitalism/Christianity" = anti-fascism. "extremism on migration, race, and gender" = supporting the bill of rights and human rights in general. "Hostility towards those who hold..." = anti-MAGA/conservative.
The current administration wants to arrest anyone who speaks out against the administration/protest in any way. I.e., if you call them fascists, you're guilty of domestic terrorism. They define dissenting speech as “anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, and anti-Christianity; support for the overthrow of the United States Government; extremism on migration, race, and gender; and hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family, religion, and morality,”
