scams usually sound like good deals. this is a terrible deal.
in car parts the oil is squeezed out small orifices. Everything is tuned so that oil is constantly flowing, not under static pressure.

you are quite aware. I do crazy stuff on a snowboard and you need to understand the forces involved, trajectory, momentum, etc.

How about we teach you an idea using simple numbers, before we make it hard.
Life very often, and doing math in your head well do not fit the old way.
The problem with the old way is how many people in this thread you see bewildered by simple math that doesn't exactly fit the old way.
Round up to tens, which are easy to work with in your head, then add back whatever you rounded off.
If the old way taught you to be good at math, you wouldn't be so lost here. The old way sucked and led to situations like you are now having
