There are plenty of ways to do realistic shotguns that are also 'balanced.' Project Reality, Arma; they are about utility.
My lab when he was a pup got into one that was placed on the side of a dirt road we were biking on. Loudest yelping ever. Idiot trappers.

Arma is not intended to be fantastical like WoW is. Arma does not have bikini armor. They are different games enjoyed different ways.
I never said skimpy bikini games are realistic. Other games can be more realistic and may also be fun for it. Arma/ProjectReality/Flightsims
Depends on the game. Some are not intended to be 'fantastical.' Obviously it's still a game, but they can certainly be relatively realistic.
Some make more sense than others and may be appreciated for that.
I only see two.
Looks like a target bolt from a crossbow too. A miss with one of those can go really far/ricochet easily.
Access router with its address in a browser's url box. Usually 192.168.1.1. Depends on router, but usually called QoS settings in the menu.
I think America might be the only T-rex there. I see a lot of allosaurus.
