Ours seems generally fair - we live in older townhouse/condos with cedar siding so they handle all the maintenance with that and also with the roof. The trash and landscaping service also run through our HOA. The most ‘enforcement’ they’ve done is with parking on the street, and it’s because they’re narrow streets. We have a large number of elderly folks living in the neighborhood and emergency vehicles have had issues getting in and out in the past, so it seems reasonable.
Beaming out the Cardassisian that ‘went missing in a transporter incident’ every time needs to take out his day on something
I grew up there, and definitely glad it was Petoskey and not some of the surrounding towns! Had to move away from the cold though.
