In sims there's no real "p2w" scenario. It's more like collecting the various addons to enjoy more vehicules, more landscapes etc.

Both the AIM-9 and the AGM65 shoot straight off the rail, so that'd be fine. Forward visibility would be atrocious though with that nose

Flaps on the other hand do improve your lift, but by increasing the wing surface and camber. I think you should check your physics.
I have flown gliders, and I can assure you, putting anything into the airflow DOES NOT improve your lift, quite the opposite.
How would putting stuff into the airflow over the wing actually improve the lift? That's literally what airBRAKES do.
Not just the paratroopers, but the pilots too. To safely drop the troops, you had to fly slow, with people on the wing ruining the lift...
