I'm an anxious leg bouncer as well and its largely an unconscious activity. Having someone gently remind you that you're doing it, and with a comforting touch like that can 100% help.
Its my go to depression show because it will either make me laugh enough to come out of it, or spiral hard enough for other people to notice and try to help me.

It's only gotten harder from there, but it's still doable. My goal is to try for under 300 pounds a year after I started, but that (2/3)
I was in a bad place and eating fast food for every meal. Once I started eating real food again the first 30 pounds were free. (1/?)
Running now and can eek out a 57 minute 5k. Thanks for giving me a time to shoot for once I've lost more weight. <3
I've been walking 5ks to lose weight since last summer. I've lost a hundred pounds since then (down to 350). I've just started (1/2)
