Have you thought about just recording the sound of you working with no voice? A lot of my favorite restoration youtube channels (ex: my mechanics) just have the sound of them working. The sound of the labor is therapeutic when alongside the video of work being done in a timely fashion. Music can be a good option but I think it can also be better to do without.

total nerd here: "Metroid" is the Chozo word for "Ultimate Warrior" and seeing as Samus has turned into a being that is part human, part Chozo, and now is part Metroid (species); the name "Metroid" is very fitting for her.
