#1 They should tax the living hell out of residential properties owned by corporations with added rent control to disincentivize this shit...I mean a few more things would need to be added to it, but I'm drunk and that's the gist of it.
#16 I'm pretty sure if the sun did this, we wouldn't know about it happening until the 8 minutes it took the light to reach us. When that happens, there will be no time too post memes about it. But try not to think about it too much... the odds of it happening are very slim, but it's not 0.

I love bass, but any bass solo that lasts over 30 secs is just obnoxious imo; their role is rhythm. I think the same thing about drum solos.
Haha. I haven't been on one of those tours since before COVID. They are still offering them though.
My wife is very supportive, and she shuts down super expensive hobby ideas. I'm very thankful for her.

I did the same thing. I would look for people buying things only noobs would buy, then I would be like BAM, best armor they can use, with 1m

Yea, but teaching within party lines isn't hard when the teacher supports the party and it's what most have known their whole life.
Teachers are treated better in mainland China than they are in the US.
