Correct CLIA regulates diagnostics, but not the practice. Ability and license to practice is through state boards of medicine/ healing arts
Sadly depends on the state. Some will license healers or provide a leniency in their practice scope
Sometimes it’s for the best. Take a break and who knows maybe you’ll find one that needs you as much you need them
