Exactly. Staying in a Hilton, eating at the hotel Waffle House, & only travelling in tour buses with other US tourists & never speaking to a local does not broaden horizons.
This is great & you are doing awesome. Please remember tho, diet & portion control is the most impactful way to lose weight. Exercise is superb but calorie intake is immediate.

I've never understood how people are surprised that some of us laugh the hardest at our own jokes - exact target demographic, indeed.

Water, minimal sunscreen, crappy body products, diet & the fact that everyone smoked EVERYWHERE.
I heard a very simple explanation was just...hydration. Like seriously, only in the last decades was the idea of proactively drinking water.
