Unfortunately no bananas at hand but I do have a banana sized pepper. Approximately 2 banana I'd say.

Yes but that store is an old posting unfortunately that don't take orders anymore. Also we're UK based but open to postage!

As I haven't tested any I couldn't say for sure but a thin plastic like a milk bottle should work well. There is a PDF stencil in the files!
Sorry I can't make enough to distribute them out. Reach out to your local maker community or use the PDF stencil to hand-cut some ?
I've heard that they can be painful, hard to adjust and take on/off. Just trying to improve on the concept ?

Yes this is a weakness of this there is a lot of variation, how long do you estimate it needs to be? I can upload a longet version easily!

They're cleaned before we send them out and they're designed to be disposable with the mask, we're looking to cardboard production for eco!
