I went in Feb, if youre gonna be in the Osaka area I'd suggest Wakkoqu since its right outside of Shin-Kobe station and easy to find

I think its Japanese. Was there earlier this year and their sales tax was 8%. The ¥120 is the tax of the item's ¥1500 price.
