I think that axiom would hold true for all weapons. More especially of firearms. Proper storage and handling are vital to firearms ownership

They are interesting from a collector perspective. It's a piece of the Cold War. It's also a 1911 knock off design.

I have an electric water heater - but the gas furnace is what kills me. its a brand new 96.5% efficient unit.
i own a duplex and my tenant pays 65% of my mortgage. But utilties are crazy expensive. I averaged 300$ a month just to heat the place.
